Per le imprese dell'Emilia Romagna il 2004 e' stato un anno di sostanziale stagnazione, seppur con qualche sintomo di miglioramento rispetto al 2003, dovuto soprattutto al metalmeccanico e alle aziende di dimensioni maggiori.
